District and session court Betul independently founded in year 1969 and first District and Sessions Judge was Sh M.M.Jincywale. District Court Betul Madhyapradesh is constructed in 1924-24, 1947-48 and 1948-49 two additional court room constructed.Year 2013 eight court room constructed in the campus. In civil court Multai in 1907 court were running in the tahsil building after in 1990-91 seperate court building created. In civil court Bhainsdehi 1954-55 court is running but building created 1990-91, and civil court court amla court is running in other building and building is sanctioned in 2016-2017.The Distrcit and Session Judges Betul were promoted as Justice of Hon'ble High court of Madhya Pradesh Sh.D.Suryawanshi, Sh. S.D. Jha, Sh. S.J Surana, Sh S.K. Chawla. Sh D.K.
